CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT
To confirm a reservatoin, written confirmation and/or a deposit is required.
If confirmation and/or deposit is not received, Abcot Inn reserves the
right to reallocate the booking.
Deposits are not transferable, and are refundable (less $50 booking fee)
only if the facilities are resold for the period booked.
ADVICE OF FINAL NUMBERS
Confirmation of the number of guests and accommodation is required seven
days prior to the function date. A guaranteed number of guests must be
advised 48 hours prior to the function and will confirm the minimum number
of guests to be invoice.
BEVERAGE POLICY
Beverage costs are usually calculated on a consumption basis, which enables
us to serve the beverages of your choice and ensure functions are charged
fairly and accurately. However, we are prepared to work to a limit of
a set price per head. If you require a particular wine, we will order
it in specially for you.
INSURANCE
While our staff are fastidious when looking after guests and their belongings,
Abcot Inn will not take any responsibility for loss of or damage to items
prior to, during or after the function and suggests organisers arrange
their own insurance cover for their property. Organisers will be financially
responsible for any damage sustained to Abcot Inn property during functions.
CANCELLATIONS
In the unfortunate event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, Abcot
Inn will make every effort to resell the room, however, if this is not
achieved, the client shall be liable for a room hire charge.
